If you have an existing website, please have your login credentials ready for your domain registrar, hosting provider, and website platform (Shopify, WordPress, etc.). If you’re starting fresh, just have an idea of what you want to build. We’ll guide you through everything else during the call.
Our developers are experts in Shopify, WordPress, Squarespace, and Wix. Whether you need an e-commerce store, a blog, a portfolio, or a business website, we’ve got you covered.
You’ll receive a Google Meet or Zoom link (your choice) after booking. During the call, your developer will share their screen so you can watch them work on your website in real-time. You can ask questions, provide feedback, and collaborate throughout the session.
No problem! We can help you purchase a domain, set up hosting, configure your business email, and get started on your chosen platform—all during your LiveBuild session.
Absolutely! LiveBuild sessions aren’t just for building new sites. Our developers can diagnose and fix issues with your existing website, plugins, themes, integrations, or performance problems.
You can book additional sessions to continue where we left off. Multi-hour sessions come with discounts, so consider booking longer sessions for larger projects. We also provide a summary of what was completed after each session.
After you submit a booking request, we’ll send you a calendar invite and payment link. Payment is collected before the session begins. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your LiveBuild experience. If you’re not happy with the session, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll work with you to make it right or provide a partial refund based on the work completed.
